Quality Control

ebble Stone: washing, tumbled, screen the size, select.
Artificial Culture Stone：Color mixing, color spraying, high temperature baking, air drying, curing.
Glass Stone: Good quality of recycled glass powder, Proper temperature control.

Returns & Exchange Policy

◆ Pebble Stone: Within 7 days after receiving the goods, if the damage exceeds 10% of the total goods, the excess part is reissued free of charge, and the freight needs to be borne by the buyer, but damage does not include some stone cracks and color differences, because it is natural stone.

◆ Artificial Culture Stone: Artificial cultural brick body is flake construction, even if it is disconnected several pieces of construction can also be used without impact, 10% of the damage in transportation is normal, if the logistics inspection, damage more than 10% of the total goods, the excess part of free reissue, freight needs to be borne by the buyer.

◆ Glass Stone: If the damage exceeds 10% of the total goods within 7 days of receiving the goods, the excess part will be reissued free of charge, and the freight shall be borne by the buyer.
